Children

St. Paul’s United Methodist Church invites children of all ages to join us in religious education classes featuring narrative, art, crafts and music. Nursery care and Sunday school are offered during our 10:15 am service every Sunday.

Charles Tubbs Tutoring Center at St. Paul’s UMC

Area elementary schools recommends students to the Charles Tubbs Tutoring Center
that needs some help with homework, math concepts and literacy. The center is staffed by retired teachers and High School AVID volunteers as part of their requirement to fulfill their service hours. For more information contact Andrea Massion, site coordinator in the church office.

Nursery Care

Nursery care is offered from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm each Sunday.. The Nursery is located in room 17. Our experienced caregivers will create a fun, engaging, safe and secure atmosphere for infants and toddlers while you worship.

Your children’s first time at SPUMC

After the opening song, welcome and announcements, the children will be invited to sit on the steps of the altar for Moments With The Children. Afterwards, the children will be excused to Sunday School.

Sunday School classes meet from 10:30 – 11:30 am Sunday mornings for children ages pre-school through 8th grades; the classes are pre-school – kindergarten, 1st – 3rd grades, 4th – 5th grades, and 6th – 8th grades.
