What to Expect

You are welcome here at St. Paul’s UMC, no matter where you come from, who you love, what you look like, or where you are going.  All are welcome here and we pray that this is exactly what you experience.

The following is a snapshot of what you can expect as a guest at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.

What to Wear
God’s house doesn’t have a dress code so neither do we. Worshipers at SPUMC wear everything from shorts and polo shirts to business casual. Our service provides a “come as you are” casual atmosphere for worship. Feel free to wear clothing that allows you feel comfortable.

Entering the Church
Our sanctuary is located in the center of our property.  From the main parking lot off C Street, follow the signs and open gates towards the sanctuary entrance.

As you enter the sanctuary, you will see our welcome table.  There you will find the bulletin, hand sanitizer, masks, and our sign-in clipbaords.  If you are a member or regular attendee, please mark your name!  If you are a guest, please write your name and email so we can contact you.

You will then be welcomed with smiles by the ushers, the pastor, and other wonderful congregants.  Please let the ushers know of any questions you may have!

Sunday School
For children 1st-5th grade and 6th-8h grade, we have Sunday School available during worship from September-May.  After ‘A Time With Children’ during the service, kids are welcome to head to their classroom to worship while in Sunday School!

Fellowship Time
After the service, there are refreshments and light snacks available for everyone!  Fellowship time occurs in the church courtyard just outside the sanctuary entrance.
